The info in this section is designed to meet the needs of most any client who desires a completely catered and staffed event; wedding, banquet, barbecue, or party. It is designed specifically for weddings and banquets where a plated dinner, buffet style dinner or a substantial appetizer party is desired. Our pricing is based upon events ranging between 126 - 250 persons and our service styles are designed to meet the needs of the client hosting events of this proportion. For larger or smaller events, refer to the fine print for help adjusting the service and pricing.
As you might guess, this site contains only a fraction of the things which we can do for you. Please use it as a starting point for developing your event. If you have ideas which you don’t find on the site; or, you want to combine things in ways which we don’t, please feel free to inquire. Our object is to provide for you the event you desire.
If you are planning a breakfast, brunch or luncheon, please see the sections pertaining to those types of services. If you feel that your event does not require serving staff, but you still desire the finest food for your event, please refer to the catered meals section ( for lunch or dinner drop-off ) or our tray work section (for luncheon, cocktail or appetizer parties of any size).
