All linens, china, glassware, (except for alcoholic beverages) are provided with this service. Check under Executive service style for a complete listing. All service is to the table. Available from 7 am to 11 am seven days a week.

All breakfasts include a muffin and pastry basket, orange & apple juices, fresh fruit garnish, and country-fried potatoes. Coffee and Decaf.

Section A: $17.50

1. Cheddar or Swiss cheese omelets with vegetables & cheese, diced ham and cheese or our Spanish style ranchero sauce.
2. California Scramble- Sautéed vegetables and cheeses.
3. Ranchers Scramble- Sautéed onions and peppers, linquica and cheese.
4. Italian Scramble- Sautéed onions, peppers & mushrooms, Italian sausage and cheese.
5. Grilled bacon, ham, or sausage and scrambled eggs.

Section B: $19.50

6. Top Sirloin Steak w/ salsa and scrambled eggs
7. Eggs Benedict- an English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise.
8. Smoked Salmon Benedict- same as above but with smoked salmon and a mustard-dill hollandaise.
9. Huevos Rancheros- Corn torilla topped with black beans, chorizo scramble, ranchero sauce, cheese & sour cream.

All breakfasts include coffee, decaf and Fresh Juices. Breakfast available 7 am - 11 am Monday - Friday, and Saturday & Sunday from 9-2. Please select a service style below.

2. B. The Parisian- Seasonal fresh fruit platter, mini croissants and spice breads, butter and jam. Assorted individual yogurts. $5.25
3. C. The Traditional- Seasonal fresh fruit platter, assorted pastry & muffins, scrambled eggs, country fried potatoes, buttermilk biscuits with honey, butter and jam. $6.95
   Add Bacon, sausage links or grill ham steaks for: $1.95
4. D. The Southwestern- Seasonal fresh fruit platter, assorted pastry & muffins, grilled linquica, chorizo scrambled eggs, country-fried potatoes, warm flour tortillas with butter and salsa. $8.95
5. E. The Californian- Seasonal fresh fruit platter, assorted pastry & Muffins, grilled breakfast steaks, scrambled eggs, huevos rancheros, country-fried potatoes, warm flour tortillas with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. $11.95

Breakfast & brunch service styles

Our service styles are divided into 5 types of service. Please note the service style must be added to the cost of the buffet entrée category that you choose. Each service style includes linen tablecloths in your choices of colors (as available through Mission Linen Co.) and white table skirting for your buffets. Staff labor is included in the price of the service style.

Casual
3-compartement plastic plates, plastic cutlery and paper napkins set at buffet. Disposable beverage ware at beverage station. Not available for weddings. $2.25

Elegantly Casual
Attractive heavy-duty plastic plates and polished stainless flatware and paper napkins at the buffet. Disposable beverage ware for your beverage station. $4.00

Quality
Our house china, paper napkin and polished stainless flatware set at buffet. Disposable beverage ware at buffet station. $4.95

Continental
Linen napkins in your choice of color & polished stainless flatware at your guest tables. Our house china at buffet. Glass beverage ware at you beverage station. $6.25

Executive
Linen napkins in your choice of color, polished stainless flatware, polished beverage glass & china coffee mug at guest tables. Table service of beverages. $7.95

For Wedding Service Because of the added expenses; labor, linens, skirting, etc that is required for weddings, you must add an additional $1.25 to the prices shown above.

A service charge of 18% and 7.25% sales tax will be added to all goods & services. Prices shown above are based upon 75-200 adult guests. Please inquire for pricing adjustments for other sized groups.
