Our petit buffet is planned to be delivered to you piping hot just prior to your service time. Each buffet comes as a complete package for a pleasing luncheon for most any situation. If you wish to convert this to a staffed event, please add 10% to the prices shown, labor will be charged at $15.00 per hour per staff and an 18% service charge plus sales tax will be added to the billing.
