Full Service Lunches
All linens, china, glassware are provided with this service. Look in the Buffet section under the Executive Service for a complete listing of the items provided. All luncheons are served with the coffee, decaf coffee and iced tea. Available from 11:00A.M. - 2P.M. daily. All plated luncheons are served with N.Y. style Cheesecake with Berry Sauce. Labor is charged additionally for plated luncheons. $15.00 per hour per service/kitchen staff required. $25.00 per hour for a chef.
Sandwiches Plated
- Smoked breast of turkey, bacon, jack cheese, avocado, tomato, and lettuce wrapped in a spinach tortilla. $12.95
- Sliced breast of turkey, smoked mozzarella, tomato and lettuce on a large croissant w/roasted red peppers pesto & sun-dried tomato mayonnaise. $12.95
- Grilled breast of chicken Caesar, served on a sourdough baguette w/romaine, Parmesan cheese, black olives and liberally splashed with our creamy Caesar dressing. $12.95

Budget Buffets, Hot
$7.95 per person
Each Budget Buffet comes with a tossed green salad with dressing, cookie. Sometimes you just don’t have a lot of money to spend but still want to treat your guests to something special. So, we’ve developed the following meals especially for those occasions. These are only served with disposable service styles. Available from 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Mon.- Fri. Only.
South of the Border Ground Beef or Turkey enchilada casserole, Spanish rice and our corn , bean, cilantro salad. Served with tortillas.
A Little Bit of Italy Pasta with Marinara sauce, choose from a mix of sautéed ground beef & Italian sausage or ground turkey (both with sliced mushrooms, onions & peppers), fresh hot vegetable medley and garlic bread.
Country Picnic Fried Chicken (either hot or chilled), coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. Served with buttermilk biscuits and butter.
Barbecue Marinated, barbecue chicken, ranch style beans, garlic bread and relish tray.
Quick Sandwich Bar Sliced Roast Beef, Turkey and Ham, Sliced cheddar & provolone. Tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, mayo and mustard. Assorted sliced breads and Chips. This lunch served with pasta or potato salad instead of green salad.

Service Styles
Our buffets are divides into 4 types of service styles. Please note that the cost of the service style must be added to the cost of the buffet entrée category in which you choose. Staff labor is included in price. Each service style includes linen tablecloths in color and sizes as available through Mission Linen Co., and white table skirting for your buffets. Please remember that nothing is cast in cement. Mixing and matching of service style makeup, buffet format, or entrée categories is perfectly allowable. Just let us know what it is that you would like to do and we’ll be happy to price it for you.
Casual Service
3-Compartment plastic plates and matching plastic utensils including dessert plate. White paper napkin. Coffee, punch, and water buffet stations set with disposable drinking cups. $3.00 per person
Elegantly Casual Service
Matching heavy-duty plastic plates and stainless flatware for meal, plastic cutlery for dessert. Your choice of colored paper napkins to meet your theme. Coffee, punch, and water stations set with disposable beverage ware. $3.75 per person
Continental Service
Linen napkins in your choice of a color (as available through Mission Linen). Polished stainless flatware and out house china plates at the buffet table and our elegantly plastic plates at the dessert table. Glass beverage ware at your coffee, punch, and water buffet station. $5.25 per person
Executive Service
The complete service, buffet style. Your guest tables are completely set with all the necessary glassware, polished stainless flatware, linen napkins decoratively arranged. Our house china dinner plate and dessert plates are set at the appropriate buffet stations. Table service of water, coffee, and tea. $7.95 per person
For Wedding Service Because of the added expense, labor, linens, and skirting, etc., that is required for a wedding, you must add an additional charge of $1.00 per person to the prices shown above.
*Provisions of beverage ware for alcohol beverages is not included with any of these service styles. Those charges are extra depending upon your needs.
A service charge of 18% and 7.25% sales tax will be added to all goods and services.
