You may select either the Executive or Supreme Service style. Pricing based upon one menu selection for the entire event with a vegetarian option available. For two choices (entree only), add $1.00 per person to the price of the most expensive entree. For combination plates featuring two entrees, add $2.00 to the price of the most expensive entree selection.

Your full, table service dinner includes the following courses:

First Course


All of the following items are included in your appetizers.

Buffet:

  • Antipasti including: salami, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, olives, blanched cauliflower, broccoli & baby carrots with dip.
  • Grilled Vegetable Platter w/ Dips or Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
  • Garden Fresh Tomato Slices w/ Crumbled Feta & Toasted Pine Nuts or Oven Roasted Tomato, Onion, Garlic & Olive Tapenade w/ sliced baguette
  • Imported & Domestic Cheese Platter w/ Fresh Fruit Garnish

Second Course


Please select one for all.

  • Chefs’ Garden Salad – a mix of lettuce and garden fresh vegetables topped with your choice of dressing.
  • Wedge Salad – a crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce atop a bed of mixed greens. Topped with ranch or 1000 island dressing, chopped boiled egg, chopped crisp bacon, sliced black olive, croutons and tomato garnish.
  • Caesar Salad – traditional romaine lettuce salad, tossed with crisp croutons, parmesan cheese and our delicious, creamy Caesar dressing with just a hint of anchovy.
  • Continental – spring greens with goat cheese, sliced red onion, tomato and red pepper with croutons and tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
  • Greek Salad – spring greens with crumbled feta, sun-dried tomato, roasted red peppers, toasted pine nuts, kalamata olives and a red wine vinaigrette.
  • Winter Salad – Butter lettuce with diced pears, crumbled bleu cheese, and caramelized walnuts tossed with Dijon vinaigrette.

Entree Accompaniment:
Choose any accompaniment from buffet sections.

Vegetable: Each entree is accompanied by a hot, fresh vegetable du jour according to the season.

Dessert: Please ask for a selection of desserts for your dinner. (except for weddings)

Beverages: Coffee, water, and your choice of punch, lemonade or iced tea.

Beef Entrees


Roast Beef au Jus
Tender, juicy, thinly sliced, roast top sirloin of beef served with au jus and horseradish sauce. $25.25

Top Sirloin Steak
A tender 8 oz. steak served with Devil Butter and horseradish sauce. $26.95

New York Steak
A 9 oz New York steak served with sautéed mushrooms. $27.50

Bacon Wrapped Filet
A tender 8-oz.filet mignon wrapped in bacon and cooked to perfection. $28.95

Sauced Filet Mignon
A tender 8 oz. filet, cooked to perfection and sauced with your choice of: Pink Peppercorn Sauce, Cabernet demi glacé w/ Sautéed Mushrooms, or Gorgonzola-Port Sauce. $28.95

Prime Rib of Beef
A juicy, succulent 10 oz. cut of prime rib served bathed in au jus and served with a side of creamy horseradish sauce. $28.95

Beef Wellington
A tender filet topped with pate’ and wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Baked to a golden brown and topped with a mushroom wine sauce. $30.95

Stuffed Tenderloin
Whole, beef tenderloin butterflied and stuffed with a blend of chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, bleu cheese and seasonings. We then roll and tie the tenderloin, season it with cracked pepper and roast to a beautiful medium rare. It is then sliced and plated with a simply elegant cabernet demi glacé. A true delight! $29.95

Maytag Stuffed Filet
A petit filet mignon with a pocket stuffed with delectable Maytag bleu cheese and caramelized onions and garlic. We then wrap the filet with pancetta and grill. We serve this delight topped with a port demi glacé. $31.95

Chateaubriand
A classic cut of beef. The prime cut of the tenderloin is seasoned and seared, as a whole piece, then roasted to a beautiful medium rare to medium. We then slice it thickly and fan atop a mixture of roasted onion and sautéed mushrooms. Add a dash of cabernet-peppercorn demi glacé and you have sheer heaven. $29.95

Filet Oscar
A traditional favorite. A petit filet topped with delectable snow crabmeat and asparagus spears. Bathe this combination with a rich hollandaise sauce and you’ll know why this dish is still around! $32.95

Medallions of Beef, Southwestern
Tender medallions of tenderloin rubbed with chipotle chili paste and other spices and pan seared. Plate atop a grilled corn and polenta cake and top with a chorizo sauce. Garnish with fried tortilla strips and a cornmeal crusted fresh chili relleno. $31.95

Stuffed Breast of Chicken
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with a variety of fillings and lightly breaded. Choose from Cordon Bleu, Broccoli & Cheddar, Florentine, Artichoke & Parmesan or Kiev served with the appropriate sauce. $20.95

Chefs’ Stuffed Breast of Chicken
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with a variety of the chefs’ favorite fillings. Choose from Bleu Cheese & Walnuts w/ Port Sauce, Chevre w/ roasted peppers and sun-dried tomato, Mexicali style w/ black beans, corn and green chilies w/ Ranchero Sauce, or Crab Stuffed w/ Hollandaise Sauce. Breast of Chicken
A tender breast of chicken is lightly grilled or roasted and served in several different ways: Lemon-Caper style, Marsala Sauce, Marinated Italian style w/ marinara & Parmesan, Teriyaki style w/ pineapple, or Fajita style w/ fruit salsa. $22.95

Chicken Wellington

A breast of chicken with duxelle of mushrooms wrapped in puff pastry and topped with a light marsala wine demi glacé’. $26.95

Cornish Game Hen

Pollo de Bolognese
A grilled breast of chicken topped with Italian proscuitto ham, fontina cheese, and splashed with Madeira. A succulent and tasty dish! $26.95

Chicken Mykonos
A breast of chicken stuffed with a mixture of spinach, feta and roasted garlic which we sear and then braise slowly in a creamy, yet robust, sauce. $27.95

Breast of Chicken Rolatini Genovese
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with a filling of ricotta & romano cheeses, sun-dried tomato, roasted red peppers, basil, pine nuts, and spices. We then roll it up and coat it in seasoned breadcrumbs and bake. Slice and serve with your choice of pesto or sun-dried tomato cream sauce. $26.95

Stilton Chicken
Slice a pocket in a boneless breast of chicken and stuff with caramelized apples, toasted walnuts and English stilton cheese. Braise the chicken in a pan and then roast in the oven. Serve topped with our port demi glacé. Rich and absolutely delectable. $27.95

Skewered Scallops
Large, juicy scallops wrapped in bacon, and laced upon a skewer. Broil or bbq while basting with our delectable ginger-honey sauce. $26.25

Halibut Florentine
A flaky, white halibut baked on a bed of sautéed spinach with cheeses and herbs. Topped with a delicate wine and cream sauce. A wonderful meal. $28.95

Baked Salmon
A fresh filet of salmon baked in wine and herbs and then topped with your choice of a creamy, butter rich Dijon Sauce, our fresh Ravigote Sauce, Lemon-Caper Butter Sauce or glazed with our succulent Ginger Teriyaki. $27.95

Shrimp Scampi
A Classic! Jumbo prawns, sautéed in butter, white wine and lemon juice. $26.95

Swordfish Cancun
Beautiful steaks of swordfish, marinated in our blend of juices and spices, then grilled and topped with a marinade reduction and fresh cilantro. $28.95

Seabass Provincial
A filet of firm, white, Chilean seabass which we pan sear in a balsamic glaze. We then roast it until just flaky and place it atop a bed of garlic sautéed spinach and top all with a (tomato-caper) sauce. $27.95

Prawns Azteca
Jumbo prawns, which we marinate in our special blend of spices, juices and herbs, are char-broiled. We place them upon a black bean puree with salsa trio and top with jalapeno creme fraiche. Cool and spicy. $28.95

Seafood Ragout
A medley of seafood including shrimp, scallops, calamari and white fish. Sautéed in garlic, herbs and white wine and a little cream. Served in a flaky filo cup nested in roasted vegetables and wild rice pilaf. $29.95

Sesame Seared Ahi Steak
Sushi quality tuna coated in black and white sesame seeds. Pan seared to a medium rare. We slice and serve this delectable steak with ginger creme fraiche, avocado-wasabi dip and soy jus. Garnished with carrot, daikon and pickled ginger relish. $32.95

Halibut Mediterranean
We top a delectable halibut filet with sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, pesto, pine nuts, sautéed vegetables and feta cheese and bake until browned and bubbling. Truly a delight! $28.95

Specialty Meat Entrees Entrees


Glazed Loin of Pork
A juicy, boneless loin of pork, glazed then grilled or broiled then carved and served. Choose from our Honey-Chipotle Glaze, our Ginger-Honey Glaze, or our Spiced Citrus Glaze. $27.25

Stuffed Loin of Pork
Stuff a tender, boneless loin of pork with our dried fruit chutney, roll and tie and then rub with Jamaican jerk seasonings and roast. Slice and serve with a little rum-butter sauce. Heavenly!! $28.25

Rack of Lamb
Roasted succulent frenched lamb racks, rubbed with a mustard, black pepper and rosemary. Served with a pinot demi glacé. $32.95

Rosemary-Garlic Lamb
We take a boneless leg of lamb rubbed with a paste of roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and crushed black peppercorns. Add chopped spinach, roasted red pepper and crumbled feta cheese; roll and tie. What a feast!! $28.95

Grecian Lamb
Tender pieces of boneless lamb with onion and feta cheese wrapped in a bundle of baking parchment and slow cooked until it is melt in the mouth tender. A succulent feast!! $28.95

Veal Scaloppini
Meltingly tender veal scallops prepared in with your choice of Piccatta, Marsala or a Macadamia-Rum Cream Sauce. $31.95

Stuffed Breast of Veal
Stuffed with a medley of mushroom duxelle and chicken with herbs. We roast until tender. Delicious and different. $32.95

Sausage Stuffed Lamb Loin.
Flavorful, boneless lamb stuffed with a mixture of garlic sausage, rosemary and black pepper. Rolled, tied and slow roasted. Slice and serve with a pinot-peppercorn demi glacé and roasted root vegetables. $29.95

Seared Jerk Pork Medallion
Tender medallions of marinated pork loin, pan seared and topped with a dried cherry, rum and orange sauce $26.95
