(Includes all guest, service table linens and staff labor)
Please add $1.00 per person for weddings (except supreme) because of the added costs of linens, labor, etc.

Casual Service
Heavy-duty white plastic plates and plastic utensils including appetizer and dessert. White paper napkins. Coffee, punch, and water buffet stations set with disposable drink cups. Not available for weddings. $3.50 per person

Elegantly Casual Service
Matching heavy- duty plastic plates. Paper dinner napkins. Polished stainless flatware for dinner, plastic cutlery for appetizers & dessert. Beverage station set with disposable beverage ware. $4.95 per person

Quality Service
Our house china dinner plates and polished stainless flatware at the buffet. Heavy-duty plastic plates and plastic ware for appetizers and dessert. Paper dinner napkins. Disposable beverage ware at drinks stations. Table set with toasting glass. $6.95 per person

Continental Service
Your guest tables are set with linen napkins (colors available through Mission Linen). Polished
stainless flatware and champagne toasting glass. China appetizer & dessert plates with polished stainless flatware at there
respective buffets. Glass beverage ware at drink station. $8.95 per person

Executive Service
The complete service buffet style. Your guest tables are completely set with all of the necessary glassware (water, wine and fluted champagne), polished stainless flatware, and linen napkin decoratively arranged. Our house china appetizer and dessert plates at their respective buffets. Table service of water. All other features are the same as the Continental style of service. $9.95 per person

Supreme Service
The ultimate wedding buffet service. Your guest tables will be arrayed in floor length linens and decoratively arranged napkins in your choice of colors and completely set with all of the necessary glassware (water, coffee, wine and fluted champagne) and polished stainless flatware. Extra beverage glasses are provided for your bar. China dinner and bread plates ( your choice of styles from any local rental company or our house china ) at your guests tables. Your dessert plate will be at the cake table. Table service of water, coffee and tea. Butler passed appetizers & enhanced menu choices. This is true elegance in a buffet service setting! $15.25 per person

*Wine glasses are included only in the price of Executive and Supreme service styles. One glass in each category is provided per person, (except for Supreme service which gets 2 per person.) Glassware for hard alcohol service is extra.

**If you require the service of champagne or wine to your table during the meal, and you are at a site where there is no bar service, we can provide this service to you. You will be charged for the extra staff necessary to perform this service.
